Apply Custom Patch

• Download the patch zip file

• Unblock the file from the Properties menu

Patch Components

Addin

• Close all open windows of Excel.

• Replace the files from Addin directory to %LOCALAPPDATA%\SheetKraft.

Web

• Stop the SheetKraftActivityRunner service.

• Navigate to the server installation directory and delete WebFiles.hashes file from there.

  • Also navigate to the Runner directory and delete RunnerFiles.hashes from there.

• Replace the contents of bin, dist, Runner and beta folders from the patch to the respective folders on the server.

• Open the index.html file in a text editor and update the hashes of Root and vendor files with those in dist folder.

  • Similarly, update the index.html file located in beta directory with the respective hashes of Root and vendor files beta\dist folder.

• Start the SheetKraftActivityRunner service.

Notes

• If the Addin / Web does not work correctly post applying the patch, refer the Logs directory in the respective locations for troubleshooting.
